On a double-date to a hibachi style Japanese restaurant the other night, sat next to another couple (10 people fit around the grill). The wife (I don’t recall her name, so we’ll call her Sally) sat next to me and was very nice.
Her husband (we’ll call him Dave) on the other side of her was having a conversation with the man on the corner opposite me. As we enjoyed the evening together, I overheard Dave (at least twice) compliment Sally to the man he was speaking with. Through out his conversation, he made it a point to include Sally, and was very considerate of her. For example: he moved his chair and accidentally bumped her with his elbow, not a big deal right, but he showed the utmost concern for her and apologized immediately.
Way to go Dave! You were an example of how to treat your wife for every husband at the table Friday night!
